“Drive” is a 2011 action thriller film directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and starring Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston, and Albert Brooks. The story follows a Hollywood stunt driver (played by Gosling) who moonlights as a getaway driver for heists. He gets involved with his neighbor Irene (Mulligan) and her young son and becomes entangled in a heist gone wrong. The film received critical acclaim for its stylized visuals, soundtrack, and performances, and was nominated for numerous awards including an Academy Award for Best Sound Editing.
