“Some Like It Hot” is a classic American comedy film released in 1959. The movie was directed by Billy Wilder and starred Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon in the lead roles. The plot revolves around two musicians, Joe (Tony Curtis) and Jerry (Jack Lemmon), who witness a murder committed by the mob and are forced to flee the city in disguise as women with an all-female band heading to Miami. Along the way, they both fall for the band’s lead singer, Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe), leading to hilarious situations and misunderstandings. The movie was a critical and commercial success, and is considered one of the greatest comedies of all time.
